Permanent Full-Time/Part-Time Admin Assistant

Work description: Requirements:
" Handle calls for enquiries/confirmation of events
" Arrange manpower for confirmed events
" Prepare invoices and ensure the payment of deposits
" Write letters to clients
" Other administrative matters like data entry, updating information on the website
" Assist in marketing initiatives " Good spoken English
" Computer literate
(Proficient in Microsoft Office)
" Able to work independently
" Experience in administrative work preferred
